Whalelink is a technical foundation service that enables credit card payments through Stripe and creates a blockchain action. Our service provides clients with the necessary infrastructure to make online transactions, but it does not include the actual money transfer.

Responsibility for KYC and AML

The client is solely responsible for complying with all know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in their respective country. Whalelink assumes no responsibility for ensuring that the client's transactions are compliant with these regulations.

Service Delivery

Whalelink only delivers the infrastructure required for the transactions to take place. The company does not have any affiliations with any payment providers and is not involved in the actual money transfer.

Compliance with Local Regulations

The client is responsible for ensuring that their transactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country. Whalelink is not responsible for ensuring that the client's transactions are legal.

Collection of Transaction Fees

Whalelink collects only the transaction fees on the blockchain side of the transaction. The company does not receive any portion of the actual payment or money transfer.

Right to Change Policy

Whalelink reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time without notice. It is the client's responsibility to regularly review these terms of service to ensure that they are in compliance.
